The Sweet 16 Cognitive Assessment Tool Vanishes–For Now

April 24, 2011 · Jim Amos

This just in; an alert reader just informed me that Psychological Assessment Resources (PAR), Inc. requested the removal of the Sweet 16 cognitive assessment tool and administration manual from the Hospital Elder Life Program web site. The original article (or just the abstract depending on access), about the instrument (though not the tool itself) can be found at the Archives of Internal Medicine website . The delirium screening scale poll has been edited accordingly and there’s a message on my home page. Thanks for the heads up to moviedoc who sent the comment.
